We are okay with pets as long as they are trained and do not jump up on our staff.

Yes, we are insured and bonded. Bonding insurance offers a way to recover money, goods, or services that are lost due to theft or a broken contract.
$30 per hour + tax per person for the first deep cleaning, and then the regular cleaning fee will be evaluated after the first assessment.
If your place is contaminated with bed bugs, we will not service your place due to risk of contamination. We also do not do your laundry or clean your fridge — we only clean visible areas.
We accept e-transfer.
We have a low rate of breaking objects. However, if something gets broken when your place is cleaned, we will let the owner know immediately and do our best to fix and/or replace the item. We are also insured for broken objects.
Depending on the client and the object, people usually let us know how they would like their item or surface cleaned, and we adhere to these specifications. However, if you do not have any requests, we will also know how to clean it.
